Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may request a return if it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
