Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

CozyTail is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used pet grooming and hygiene products.

• Consumable items, including pet food, treats, and supplements.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, CozyTail will cover the cost of the return or provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may request a return if it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
